Protein Intake Guidance

For optimal results, aim for approximately 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight spread across the day. A minimum of 20g of protein per meal is recommended to maximise muscle protein synthesis. Use Performance Protein when a whole food meal isn't convenient — pre or post-workout, when travelling, or between meals.

How to Use

Mix 1 serving (30g) with 300–400ml of cold water in a shaker. Consume pre or post-workout, or any time additional protein is needed. Larger individuals may require 2 servings to meet daily protein targets.

Cut off Time 

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

When Will My Order Arrive? 

Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.

Next working day service is shipped via DPD.

Damaged? Missing Items

We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.

If an item is missing from your order please contact us as soon as the order has been opened and contact us on 0113 345 9344 so that we can launch an investigation. If the wrong item has been sent please contact us to let us know which item has been sent so that we can resolve the issue for you.
