Cut off Time 

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

All parcels are sent using DPD and Royal Mail's 24 hour service. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, road closures and extreme weather there may be a delay in receiving your order but we will update you if this should happen.

SMS/email notification messages are sent on the day of dispatch and the day of delivery to keep customers updated on their delivery. We also provide a 30-90 minute pre-delivery notification, so that the customer will know it on its way.

Damaged? Missing Items

We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.

If an item is missing from your order please contact us as soon as the order has been opened and contact us on 0113 345 9344 so that we can launch an investigation. If the wrong item has been sent please contact us to let us know which item has been sent so that we can resolve the issue for you.
