Swanson Probiotic+ Prebiotic Fiber for Friendly Flora Support contains 1 billion CFU of Bifidobacterium lactis, a species that has been well-researched for promoting intestinal and immune health. Along with friendly bacteria, this supplement also contains the prebiotic fiber NutraFlora®. The fructooligosaccharides (FOS) in NutraFlora help create a favorable environment for the probiotics so they can thrive. It’s the perfect probiotic and prebiotic supplement.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take two veggie capsules per day with water.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.
Next working day service is shipped via DPD.
Damaged? Missing Items
We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
If an item is missing from your order please contact us as soon as the order has been opened and contact us on 0113 345 9344 so that we can launch an investigation. If the wrong item has been sent please contact us to let us know which item has been sent so that we can resolve the issue for you.
