The combination of coconut water providing natural mineral balance and hydration combined with the dandelion extract and vitamin c ensure optimal fluid levels where we want them.

Taurine as an osmolyte holds fluid with in muscle cells potentially improving performance and endurance from the first serving. Cranberry juice extract has long be held in strong regard for its ability to help with healthy urine flow as well as being a fantastic natural anti oxidant. Hydramax should be used every day for optimal results, one to two servings on none training days and an additional serving as part of your pre or intraworkout routine on training days. For the relief of back pumps consistent use over several days my be required for it to become efficacious.

Do not exceed four servings per day. Directions:Hydramax can be consumed at any point of the day or night as a hydration product.We recommend 500ml of water per serving however that is mostly down to taste - You may use more water if desired.Optimally consume an additional serving around your training window. Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.

Damaged? Missing Items

We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
