What is Creapure® Creatine Powder?

Creapure® Creatine powder enhances physical performance over successive bursts of short-term high intensity exercise.

Although the body naturally makes creatine in the liver, kidneys and pancreas, it only creates half of the daily creatine that we require. The body contains, on average, between 80 to 130g of creatine, digesting or excreting one to two percent of it per day.

Recommended Usage

Creapure® Creatine Powder is completely tasteless, so simply add to your drink of choice, we recommend mixing with water, protein shakes or juice.

As a general rule of thumb, for every 1g of Creatine, mix with at least 100ml liquid.

Creapure® Creatine needs to be taken immediately after mixing as the potency of Creatine is lost if left to stand for prolonged periods.

This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.

This product is not suitable for those under 18.

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

When Will My Order Arrive? 

Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.

Next working day service is shipped via DPD.

Damaged? Missing Items

We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
