Nutritional Information (Per 35g Serving)

Approximately 24–25g protein per serving. Mix 35g (1 heaped scoop) with 250ml of water or skimmed milk.

How to Use

Mix 35g (1 heaped scoop) with 250ml of cold water or skimmed milk in a shaker. Consume 2–3 servings daily, ideally before or after training. Drink immediately after mixing — do not leave to stand. For precise measurements, use weighing scales as the scoop measures in millilitres, not grams.

This is a food supplement and should be used alongside a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Cut off Time 

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

When Will My Order Arrive? 

Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.

Next working day service is shipped via DPD.

Damaged? Missing Items

We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
