Creatine Monohydrate is one of the most researched ingredients in sports nutrition. Creatine Monohydrate has been found to improve physical performance in successive bursts of high intensity exercise* such as cross-training workouts, weight lifting and sprinting.
Micronised Creatine is manufactured in smaller particles to help with improved absorption and digestion.
RECOMMENDED USE: As a food supplement, mix one scoop (5g serve for the 400g) and (3g serve for the 150g) in water or a juice beverage. Loading Phase: Use one serving, four times daily for five days. Maintenance Phase: Then continue to use one serving per day as required. Use pre or post exercise.

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.
Next working day service is shipped via DPD.
Damaged? Missing Items
We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
