The Optimum Nutrition High Protein Shake is the perfect shake to consume at any time during the day and is best served chilled. Shake well and enjoy as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct light. Shake well before opening. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients: Skimmed MILK (77%), water, MILK protein concentrate (6%), flavourings, stabilisers (gellan gum, carrageenan), colour (lycopene), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), sweetener (sucralose).
Delivery Information
Cut off Time
Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.
Next working day service is shipped via DPD.
Damaged? Missing Items
We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
If an item is missing from your order please contact us as soon as the order has been opened and contact us on 0113 345 9344 so that we can launch an investigation. If the wrong item has been sent please contact us to let us know which item has been sent so that we can resolve the issue for you.
