Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Suggested Use Simply measure out 50g of dry mix (roughly 1 ¾ large scoops) into a mug and combine with one large scoop (70ml) of water. Mix this into a paste with a spoon and microwave on high for 40-50 seconds, the cake should rise past the top of the mug when cooked. Remove from the microwave and leave to cool for 30 seconds before devouring this tasty treat.
