- As a dietary supplement, take 1 Capsule 30-60 minutes prior to training. Patented Creatine HCI can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. On training days consume 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight. For increased intensity training days consume 1-2 servings per 100 pounds of body weight. Post workout and on non-training days, consume 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight to assist in muscle recovery.

- Patented Creatine HCI can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or mixed with your favorite Kaged Muscle products.

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3 pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Standard Shipping on items less than 3kg will be shipped via Royal Mail on a 48-72 hour delivery service. Items over 3kg will be sent via DPD 2 working day service.
Next working day service is shipped via DPD.
Damaged? Missing Items
We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service and in the unfortunate situation where a parcel may been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive your order. In some circumstances we do require pictures to be emailed in order to either credit or refund. If no pictures are provided then any claims will be rejected. If you can see damage to the parcel upon delivery please reject the delivery and sign the parcel as damaged.
