L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that facilitates your body to help rebuild and repair muscles after strenuous exercise.

Glutamine may also reduce muscle mass breakdown and muscle soreness after training.

Suggested use

Add 1 scoop to 8-12 oz (250-300mL) of cold water or fruit juice. Mix with a spoon to dissolve.

TIP: Power-up protein, meal replacement, and weight-gainer shakes with a scoop of Glutamine.
