Product Expiration date is same month as delivery of product

The product was ordered on 29 September 2025 and received a few days later (as expected) in early October 2025. Though there are no issues with the delivery service, I certainly don't appreciate receiving a product which expires the same month (October 2025)! Maybe this was a genuine mistake however, the customer service certainly needs to take responsibility and accountability.

You have chosen a discounted flavour offer which states the exact date next to the price in the offer so that the person purchasing the item can not miss the information.

The product has been discounted by 40% to take in consideration the date of the item with the 30 days being enough time to use the product.

If the product has not been opened then you are more than welcome to return the purchase and we will cover the cost of the postage by sending you a pre-paid postage label and once the product is back with us then we will issue you a full refund .
